Adrienne S. Balfour-Huertas was born at Andrew’s Air Force Base, Maryland in 1973.  She attended Texas A&M University where she received a B.B.A. in Marketing in 1996.  Ms. Balfour-Huertas received a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1999.  She focuses her practice on litigation and has experience in a variety of civil law areas including: Construction Law, Commercial Litigation and many other areas.  Ms. Balfour-Huertas also has a marine claims background and worked as a licensed maritime adjuster handling marine claims, maritime investigations, and marine coverage matters.
